Emerge, the Willoughby Spring Festival, brings together a mixture of emerging artists, talent development opportunities and showcase performances.

Held over the month of September, Emerge includes masterclasses and workshops that provide development and performance opportunities for local artists and many great events and performances for you to attend.

Emerge is a collaboration between Willoughby City Council, professional performers, artists, organisations and local community groups.

Willoughby Council runs a grants program, to support event organisers run events as part of the festival.

The annual Willoughby Spring Festival is the largest cultural and entertainment celebration on Sydney's North Shore and is on this September.

The month long Festival features visual arts exhibitions, theatre, film and music performances, kid's and youth events, cultural and community celebrations and more.

New to this year's Street Fair is The Concourse's Chill Out Bar on the Victoria Avenue terrace - the perfect place for adults to take some time out while still being able to view all the action down on the streets.
