A limited number of race sponsorship packages are available for families that would like to name a race after their Dad. A race name, together with all the standard benefits such as ticketing and race-book advertising are available, plus the family of the sponsored race can have a photo with the winning connections that will feature on a memento bottle of Yalumba wine.
The Sunshine Coast Turf Clubs CEO John Miller commented "People are always stuck for gift ideas for Father's Day and the race name packages are something unique for a Dad that likes the races. Plus you can come along and enjoy lunch with all the family at the local races."
Special hospitality packages have been designed for the day including the Father's Day buffet luncheon in the Favourites Room or for something more casual there is a "Beer & Burger" package available on the Furlong Terrace.
The Sunshine Coast Turf Club expects patrons from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast to turn out for the festivities. It is a perfect opportunity to get the extended family together and enjoy some live racing action in the process.
The SCTC has family friendly facilities with plenty of room for the kids including the recently renovated Klip Klop Club plus a jumping castle on course.
