There's plenty of opportunity to get involved in this year's plans. The Moomba Parade will bring a flurry of colour and movement to St Kilda Rd with community designed floats, cultural performance groups, school participants and dance troupes joining the Moomba Monarchs in celebrating Festival. It's big, colourful and fun. And it's all free.
